These two acrylic art pieces were created with some of my favorite colors.  I love negative space as it gives room for color to breath and pop. I also like how the blue and turquoise stretch outward in their own space. I used the ancient technique of blowing paint to create the shapes and control direction. I love the colors of the ocean and wanted to create my view of the different shades of blues and greens I saw at the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. This was truly a once in a life time trip we took with our family.

These are great pieces because you can turn each one in different directions to get different affects.  It allows you to control how you want the paintings to make you feel. This acrylic pour artwork consists of two pieces at 8 x 8 x .75 inches each.
