These are some super fun handmade sterling silver, hoop earrings in a boho style wearable art.  I made these right before summer and was feeling the playfulness of lime green, turquoise with a hint of this beautiful orange color. I sculpted the desired shapes of the sterling silver wire first then hammered them flat which provided some extra texture. Hammering on sterling silver also made it a little stronger but if you hammer too much it could break it down and make the silver weak. Then I hand wrapped the glass beads on the front side of the earrings so they are visible and hung the whole hoop on sterling silver ear wire to provide excellent movement.

I made these around the same time that I designed a layered mutli color wrist wrap bracelet with the same color beads. I couldn’t resist the bright colors together and sometimes I like matching sets of jewelry.
